Frequently Asked Questions
-
Why not just take an NAD+ supplement rather than NMN to increase NAD+ levels?
On the surface, it may seem more logical to simply take an NAD+ supplement. However, NAD+ cannot readily cross cell membranes to enter cells. Precursor molecules like NMN are more bioavailable, meaning they can be absorbed easier and are more effective at increasing NAD+ levels than simply taking an NAD+ supplement.
-
Are there any side effects of NMN?
Clinical trials have shown no adverse side effects at 500 mg/day. We go through great trouble and research to ensure our dosages are as safe and effective as possible. Do not exceed 1200 mg/day.
-
Are there any side effects of resveratrol?
Human studies have indicated that 500mg of resveratrol is the most effective dose without adverse side effects. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
